FAST COUNTRYWIDE DELIVERY: we do delivery within Kigali and out of Kigali, delivery is not free, you will pay the rider depending on your location. If you are out of Kigali, we use bus courier of your choice!

DELIVERY DAYS: we do delivery on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. For same day delivery (express), order before 11am. And an extra fee of 1,000frw is applicable.

SECURE PAYMENT: we take payments strictly on our momopay *182*8*1*138323*cash# (SHEILLAGSHADIA). Payment is done upon placing your order. We do not accept cash on delivery at the moment, which means you pay before delivery.

REFUND & RETURNS: we dont accept returns or exchanges, all items are triple checked before being delivered. we advice you to double check your size when it comes to shoes and clothes. In case of refund, we don't give cash, your refund will be topped up in your wallet and can be used for future purchase.
